  • The cost of your project depends on many factors such as the amount of time your project will require, the complexity of your data and experimental design, and the extent of reporting you want. This will be determined following an initial consultation to determine your needs.

    Admera Health does most things in the space of genomics, including transcriptomics (bulk, single cell, full length, digital gene expression, and much more), epigenomics, and exome and whole genome sequencing with variant annotation.   • Upon receipt, Admera Health performs visual inspections and move towards QC with Qubit and Tapestation, Bioanalyzer, or agarose gel (depending on project requirements). All results are generated into a QC report for you to review. Libraries are subject to Qubit, Tapestation (optional), and qPCR. Sequencing data QC is performed as well.

  • Yes. Admera Health has biometrically restricted laboratory access, biometrically restricted data room, and closed loop data behind a firewall.

    Our team can transfer raw data files via Basespace, FTP, or other methods. For any other methods, please inquire with the Project Management team.

  • It depends on the details of your project and on how urgently you need it, but the average time for a project of average scope is 2-3 weeks.

  • We can provide the code used, methods, and results (including supplementary tables and figures). Contact us for specific requests.

  • Absolutely. Admera Health’s Project Management Team will provide support to all scientists who require additional assistance post-project completion. If you require assistance with a project our team has completed for you, contact us and we’d be happy to help.

  • Typically, we do not share QC Summaries via BaseSpace. Our PM team is responsible for sending QC summaries to customers via email. If you haven't received yours, please contact our PM for assistance.

  • We send projects to customer accounts based on the provided email address. If you haven't received the project, it might be due to an incorrect email address or an expired invitation.

    Check the email associated with your BaseSpace account and send the correct one to our PM or request them to resend the project.

  • Navigate to the "Projects" tab and right-click on the project name, then open the link in a new tab.

    Right-click on the "analysis name" and select the "files" tab.

    Inside your data folder, you'll typically find files like "Stats", "Reports", undetermined reads, and gz files. Click on the gz files to download them.

    How to locate fastq files within Basespace.

  • After receiving the email link, log in to your BaseSpace account via your browser and accept the data delivery.

    Initiate an authentication request with BaseSpace by entering " bs auth --force" in your terminal. Copy the provided URL to your browser and click "Accept".

    Obtain the project ID from the project URL (usually a 9-digit number). Use the following command to download the project:

    bs download project -i <project ID> -o <local directory>

    To download a specific run, go to the Run tab, double-click on the desired run, and find the Run ID from the URL at the top of the screen. Use the following command to download the run, you can control download speed by setting concurrency level:

    bs download run -i <Run ID> -o <output> --concurrency=[low|medium|high]

  • You will receive an invitation link via the email associated with your BaseSpace account once the project is shared with you. By clicking on the link and logging into your account, your data will be ready for download.

    Additionally, our Project Manager (PM) will notify you when the data has been transferred to your account.

  • You can create a new account by using the following link: Illumina Sign In

    Fill out registration information and then click Create account.

    Log into the email used for registration and you will see a new email that prompts you to activate the BaseSpace account.

  • We only keep data inside our FTP drive for 3 weeks after the data delivery notification email has been sent. Otherwise, the data will be deleted and you will need to contact our Project Management Team for additional assistance.

  • If a client requested for no demultiplexing of the samples and to transfer fastq files, we will use placeholder indexes as N's to make sure all reads will go to undetermined reads.

    Another reason could be that the barcodes provided are incorrect.

  • Please check that are no additional hidden spaces when entering username and password. Double check that host IP address is 38.122.175.98 and that the port is 2223.

  • Please provide us with the error message and file names that appear to be corrupted. The corruption of of the files might have happened during data transfer from our end to download on the customer's end. We can assist with finding the issue on our end.
