Admera Health is seeking a Marketing and Operational Insight Analyst to join our growing team!

Title: Marketing and Operational Insight Analyst

Location: South Plainfield, NJ


Data Analytics (70%):

  • Farm data to enrich clinical customer and patient insights to improve sales and marketing initiatives
  • Developing methodology and dashboards to track and report on the following operational analytics
    • Sales and reimbursement figures
    • Operational indicators, i.e, turnaround time for key processes
    • Sample attrition rate
    • Vendor provided usage rates of materials such as collection supplies and collateral
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve digital marketing efforts
  • Help with ad hoc market research projects

Marketing Support (20%):

  • Support targeted marketing campaigns for BioPharma services business, including email and referral campaigns 

Business Development (10%):

  • Monitor and apply for Federal and State government opportunities on the FSS (Federal Supply Schedule), individual state, and SAM registry 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Operations (or related major); MBA/Master’s degree a plus
  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a quantitative/analytical role (compensation will be commensurate with experience and education)
  • Advanced in MS Excel, Power Point, and other marketing & project managements software tools
  • Familiar with digital and targeted marketing techniques
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization
  • Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills, with the ability to communicate directly with key stakeholders and influence their decisions using data & data visualization
