Proprietary extraction techniques have been developed that deliver robust results even with difficult low input samples, including blood and FFPE.


  • Analyze or manipulate sequencing data using software packages and statistical applications and generate statistics reports
  • Analyze QC result of run metrics and sequencing data to develop new workflows and improve current workflows
  • Troubleshoot complex customer complaints related to NGS sequencing data quality
  • Arrange NGS sequencing and troubleshoot low quality data
  • Strictly follow SOPs while complying with all CLIA/CAP regulations
  • Detailed recordkeeping during project progress, procedures, deviations from standard protocols, as necessary
  • Coordinate barcode assignments for ongoing laboratory workflows
  • Train and guide associate scientists on sequencing workflows

Qualifications (knowledge, skills, experience, abilities, and other requirements):

  • M.S. in Biological Sciences plus 1 year of relevant laboratory experience required
  • Experience in a CLIA/CAP environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge or experience of Molecular Biology principles and technologies including PCR, molecular cloning, and basic sequence analysis
  • Hands-on experience with Next Generation Sequencing platforms
